DLF company has sold 292 luxurious homes within The Grove project in Gurugram for more than 1800 crore, as per reports from the media. The Grove is situated in DLF phase 5 and was announced on the 26th of September 2022. According to reports, this development indicates an increased demand for high-end homes, even though there’s been a significant increase in both the process of purchasing a home and the interest rates on home loans.
As per Aakash Ohri, executive group director and chief of business, DLF group, “The total area that can be developed in ‘The Grove The Grove’ comprises 8.5 thousand square feet.” DLF phase-5 has witnessed a significant increase in terms of rental and value. About 50,000 people live in DLF phase 5, that is home to luxury luxurious, super-luxury and luxury residential projects.
The company has a forecast estimate of Rs 8,000 crore based on the total sales booked by DLF Ltd for 2022-23 fiscal year. Sales booked for the company were 7,273 crore for FY 2021-22, contrasted to Rs. 3,084 crore during the year prior.
In addition to its other projects DLF Ltd launched a new luxury housing development in Panchkula in Haryana The company will build a home that will have 424 units and hopes to earn about Rs 1,300 crore as sales revenue.
DLF has created over 153 residential and commercial properties that cover the area of 330 millions square feet. It is home to two15 millions square feet worth of developing possibilities in commercial and residential segments as well as an annuity portfolio of more than forty millions square feet.
