National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) will be hosting a three day property expo ‘Homethon’, which runs from September 30 to October 2. The first major post-pandemic real estate event that will be held in India to attract leading developers, purchasers, and high-profile projects.
One of India’s largest and most renowned mega venues, The Jio Convention Center is built in 1 lakh sq ft. area. Located in the Bandra-Kurla Complex , it will be the venue of the three day ambitious property expo. Approximately, 50,000 prospective buyers from all over Maharashtra will be attending the event.
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority’s (RERA) pavillon offers an additional benefit that will encourage discerning homebuyers to promptly undertake their due diligence on the developer’s project registration information.
As it brings together more than 50,000 house buyers, 100+ developers, and more than 10,000 developments from diverse areas throughout Mumbai and other key sites, the three-day event will be the excellent opportunity for all real estate stakeholders. In addition, there will be unique attractions on land owned by Nagpur, Pune and Nashik.
